Rifugio Capanna Trieste, Rifugio Vazzoler, Rifugio Tissi
The starting point of the itinerary is the center of Listolade, a hamlet of the municipality of Taibon Agordino, which arose at the foot of Monte San Lucano near the confluence of the Cordevole and the Corpassa. Head north east for 3.5 km to Val Corpassa, along the paved road that winds through the valley of the same name, stretching at the foot of the Moiazza-Civetta group. The route leads to the parking area of Rifugio Capanna Trieste (Località Valcorpassa, 2). Located at 1135 m above sea level, the refuge is dominated by Torre Trieste, whose towering bulk rises above the winding valley from its height of 2458 meters.
After crossing a wooden bridge, take trail 555, which leads into a conifer forest. The mule track takes you to a small iron footbridge over a clear stream; once across, keep to the right following the directions, painted on a large boulder, for trail 555 (altitude 1289 meters).
On the edge of the white path there is a pretty stone-and-wood refuge, bearing a plaque that reads “capanna Dottor Ginetto”.
The well-marked forest road winds among mountain pines and rocks veiled in moss. From this viewpoint, at about 1500 meters above sea level, you can take in Val Corpassa at a glance. On clear, bright days it is possible to spot capanna Trieste nestled among untouched wooded slopes.
Rifugio Vazzoler
Reachable after 4 km of walking, Rifugio Vazzoler (1714 meters above sea level) is a landmark for hikers in search of fascinating mountain places wrapped in greenery and silence. For information on gastronomic specialties, services and room availability, you can visit www.rifugiovazzoler.com

The scenic route leads to the fork for Rifugio Tissi on the left, and to the rugged rocky height where the Col Mandro pass is located. Continue along trail 560 toward Rifugio Tissi, following the Altavia 1, which winds between grassy stretches dotted with white boulders and the ruins of old stables at the foot of gentle wooded slopes.
