The program of the previous edition featured a wide variety of sports disciplines such as boxing, kickboxing, rugby, crossfit, rock climbing, football, volleyball, tennis, yoga, military dynamic gymnastics, and athletics. Bike Ride in San Giovanni Lupatoto and Zevio
From the Church of San Giovanni Battista to Pontoncello Park
The starting point of the itinerary is the Church of San Giovanni Battista at Via Roma, 5. Leave the facade of the place of worship behind you and proceed left along Via Roma, Via G. Marconi, and Via Punta for 1.2 km, then turn left onto Via Guglielmo Marconi. After crossing the bridge, take the cycle-pedestrian path on your right that winds along the canal shaded by a long row of willows. After 350 meters, keep left onto Via Pontoncello.
Follow Via Pontoncello for 900 meters, entering the serene rural landscape of Lupatoto marked by lush vineyards and thriving cornfields. Turn left onto the dirt road following the signs for Pontoncello Park. Unless there are prohibition signs, after 130 meters turn right and follow the winding 5.3 km itinerary that follows the course of the Adige River, whose banks are covered with poplars, willows, acacias, ash trees, oaks, plane trees, lindens, elms, and many other luxuriant tall trees.
At the intersection with Via Ponte Perez, turn left. After 300 meters, take Via Casotton on your left. Travel along Via Casotton for about 6 km between the Adige River and the S.A.V.A. canal. From the privileged position of the bike path, you can admire splendid farmhouses, rustic buildings surrounded by orchards, and fascinating river islands lapped by the waters of the Adige.
The itinerary leads to the Pontoncello oasis, a pleasant natural oasis located near the dam on the Adige River.
