Villa Navagero Erizzo

Purchased by Gino Santagà at the end of the 1970s, the noble complex of Villa Navagero Erizzo underwent meticulous restoration and redevelopment over thirty years. The work involved the main villa, the private chapel, the former stables, the apartments of the eastern barchessa, as well as the complete renovation of the roofs and floors of the western barchessa, with the aim of restoring the monumental complex to its original splendor.

Behind the place of worship is a large rural building, a short distance from which stands the manor house flanked by a traditional barchessa with wide round arches. The main dwelling, surrounded by a lush park with ornamental trees and hedges, is spread over three floors and features at the base an elegant decorative coating in faux ashlar. The windows on the noble floor flank the balcony protected by a balustrade.

The refined dormer window features four pilasters surmounted by a pediment bearing an oculus in the center. On the first floor, in a central position, there is a balcony with a fine stone balustrade.
