Where is Ceneselli?
The municipality of Ceneselli borders to the north with Castagnaro, to the northeast with Giacciano con Baruchella, to the northwest with Villa Bartolomea, to the south with Calto, to the southwest with Castelmassa, to the east with Trecenta and Salara, to the west with Castelnovo Bariano and Castelmassa.

The 2023 edition of the fair took place from Friday 15 to Tuesday 19 September in the historic heart of the municipality in Piazza Guglielmo Marconi.
On the occasion of the festive popular recurrence, the solemnity of the holy mass in honor of San Rocco blends with the jovial and carefree atmosphere of a cheerful village festival featuring amusement parks, musical performances, motorcycle gatherings, vintage tractor exhibitions, and itinerant stalls where you can choose from tempting gastronomic specialties to enjoy with glasses of wine and cold mugs of beer.

Bike Ride in Ceneselli, Calto, Salara and Trecenta
The starting point of the itinerary is Piazza Guglielmo Marconi. Leave behind the entrance of the Church of the Annunciation of Mary Most Holy and proceed southeast along Via Battisti for 600 meters.
At the intersection, turn right and proceed for just over 1.5 km following the cycle path that enters the serene rural landscape of Rovigo. Along the way, you will find on your right a towering red brick chimney, a fascinating example of early 20th-century industrial archaeology. Upon reaching the roundabout, enter the underpass that leads to Via Giuseppe Garibaldi.
Continue southwest along Via Giuseppe Garibaldi for 550 meters, crossing the urban center of Calto where the 18th-century church of San Rocco stands, then continue southwest along Via Vittorio Emanuele. Keep right on Via Lungo Po, then, upon reaching the top of the embankment, turn left and proceed southeast for 5.8 km following the banks of the river of the same name, cloaked in poplar groves, willows, hornbeams, elms, mulberries, and dense formations of marsh reeds.
At this point (44.97001008085688, 11.418262628248426), descend the embankment and follow Via Bosco Papino in the shade of a charming avenue of Albizia julibrissin, commonly known as the silk tree or mimosa.
At the intersection, take the merging lane to turn left and continue north until you reach the parish of San Valentino Martire in Salara, after which keep left on provincial road 1, then cross the canal and enter the peaceful rural landscape dotted with rustic farmhouses.
After passing Casa Pepoli (Castello Sariano), a Renaissance residence surrounded by greenery, turn left onto Via XI Febbraio. The quiet route offers suggestive views of the 14th-century church of San Maurelio (Piazza XX Settembre, 6, 45027 Sariano RO) and a deep canal near which lies the Gorgo di Magherino (45.003274309542704, 11.406394349536328), a natural cavity framed by lush woodland vegetation.
After crossing the canal, keep right on provincial road 11 and proceed for 3 km among elegant farmhouses surrounded by cornfields, then turn left onto Via XXV Aprile. At the intersection, turn right and continue along Via XXV Aprile for 350 meters, then turn left onto the cycle path. Cross the pedestrian crossing and continue northwest on Via Battisti to return to the starting point.

Villa Peretti
Located at the western edge of the municipality at Via Massa, 70/74, the 17th-century architectural complex faces a radiant park dotted with many shrubs and tall trees. Enclosed by a perimeter wall of exposed brick, the stately property includes stables, a barn, and the majestic noble residence, at the center of which stands an elegant double loggia projecting outward, punctuated by five white round arches, two lateral and three frontal.
