Villa Pelà, Chieregato
Located at Via Presciane, 46, in the hamlet of Presciane, Villa Pelà is a fascinating architectural complex situated a short distance from the thousand-year-old church of Santa Margherita.
Dating back to the 18th century, the private property consists of a three-story manor house flanked to the east by a rural building. The latter is connected to another rustic annex arranged to the north.
Particularly striking are the soaring chimneys, whose profile slightly emerges from the surface of the masonry.
