Where is Arsiè?
The municipality of Arsiè borders to the north with Lamon, to the northwest with Castello Tesino, to the south with Valbrenta, to the east with Fonzaso and Seren del Grappa, to the west with Grigno and Valbrenta.
Summer Fest Arsiè
The 2024 edition of Summer Fest took place from Thursday 13 to Sunday 16 June at the Polivalente Centre in Fastro.
The event programme featured tempting culinary specialities, from grilled chicken and fried fish to succulent skewers with polenta, to be savoured with cold pints of beer and local wines.

Lake Corlo
Unless there are prohibition signs, the starting point of the itinerary is the parking area in Via San Rocco (45.95239749879048, 11.750117098063072), a short distance from the Church of Saints Hippolytus, Cassian and Anthony of Padua. Walk along Via San Rocco to the intersection with Via Liberazione, then turn right and follow the signs for the cemetery and Val Carazzagno. The winding asphalt road stretches along the side of a sunny hill dotted with walnut trees, black locusts, firs, field maples, ash trees and many other lush tall trees. Leave the entrance to the Rocca cemetery on your right and cross the Polo Bridge, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the icy reservoir dominated by sheer rock walls.
The path enters the dense tree vegetation of willows, poplars, acacias, elms and alders that shade the shores of the deep artificial lake basin, a crystal-clear body of water created in the 1950s. Along the way, it is easy to be enchanted by the ruins of ancient stone buildings, such as the contrada de Coste, and the clear waterfalls gushing from rocks covered in moss and ferns.
The hiking trail emerges onto Via I Maggio (45.981518330792596, 11.784676448165273). Turn left and cross the bridge over the Cismon stream. At the roundabout, take the first exit and proceed for 140 metres, then take the road on your left. Follow the downhill road for 180 metres towards the Enel power plant, then turn left onto the dirt road that rejoins the itinerary. This runs parallel to state road 50 for about 550 metres, before entering a lush forest.
The last part of the path runs along the western shore of the lake, crosses Villaggio Nuovo and continues south along Via Liberazione until returning to the starting point at the Church of Rocca.
The old bell tower
One of the most fascinating and historically significant monuments along the route is the towering stone bell tower of Corlo, the last remnant of the village of Curon, an ancient settlement abandoned with the construction and filling of the dam in the mid-20th century.

The church of Rocca
Located at Via Chiesa, 1, the Church of Saints Hippolytus, Cassian and Anthony of Padua features a double-pitched facade with a bright rose window.
Framed by cedars, cypresses, firs, plum trees and olive trees, the modern Romanesque-style place of worship is accessible through a massive wooden portal preceded by an airy portico, marked on the front by three wide round arches.
