Pan e vin di Arcade
The traditional Pan e vin of Arcade, which every January 5th attracts thousands of people of all ages from every corner of the region, has its roots in an ancient custom. The fire, a symbol of purification, represents an invitation to welcome novelty and change with renewed hope.
Participating in this celebration is an opportunity to share meaningful moments with family and friends, immersed in a unique atmosphere. The evening is animated by live music, the choral songs of the Alpini corps, and the indispensable mulled wine, ideal for warming up while waiting for the lighting of the majestic eleven-meter-high pyre that stands in the center of the square.
The ceremony begins at 6:00 PM with the blessing of the fire, while the official lighting takes place at 8:30 PM. In a few moments, the flames rise into the winter sky, creating a suggestive and engaging atmosphere.
