In 2022, Villaverla Summer Fest was held from August 5 to 8 in Via Fornaci Vecchie. Not coincidentally, the event’s logo includes the silhouette of the smoking chimney, one of the most representative symbols of the pleasant countryside town.
Participating in the festival is like taking a dive into the past to experience, or relive, the timeless hits that made the 80s and 90s legendary. Electrifying the audience will also be formidable DJs with overwhelming sounds. In past editions, artists such as Andrea Martini and Marco Festa performed.
Between aperitifs in the square and talented bands, V.S.F. is an unmissable event for those who want to spend a memorable summer in this splendid municipality in the Vicenza area.
Natural park and the springs
An ideal location for those seeking a healthy and quiet environment to walk in complete tranquility, the fascinating and unspoiled spring area is a treasure trove of biodiversity rescued from cementification and intensive agriculture, where tree, shrub, and flower vegetation grows lush and luxuriant, fed by fresh streams and bubbling springs.
Walking through the boundless natural expanse in the shade of the foliage of white willows, mulberries, tall poplars, plane trees, and oaks, you will find charming little bridges connecting the grassy banks of clear springs, from which you can see the dense, slowly swaying vegetation of water crowfoot, thick, green, and bright under the water’s surface.
The entrance to the reserve is at Via Palladio, 128, where you will find several information and illustrative panels that will make the itinerary even more interesting.
