Festa della Pappardella
The Festa della Pappardella takes place every year in the month of June. The 2023 edition took place from Friday 2 to Sunday 4 June and from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 June at the Piazzale cinema-teatro La Perla in Via Mirabello, 47.

The Parish of Luvigliano
Located at Via dei Vescovi, 15, the place of worship features an elegant double-pitched façade vertically tripartite by four pilasters. Wide and bright, the single nave of the church of San Martino is adorned with precious polychrome marble altars and spectacular paintings depicting Saints Peter and Paul, Saint John the Baptist, Saint John the Evangelist, and Saint Martin, caught in the act of offering a piece of his cloak to a poor man suffering from the cold.
Towering next to the place of worship, the brick bell tower contrasts strikingly with the whiteness of the thousand-year-old church.
Trail no. 28: ancient trails above Luvigliano
The starting point of the itinerary is the church of San Martino. From the neoclassical place of worship, proceed south along Via Fornetto flanking the barchessa of Villa Pollini. Keep to the right along the winding road that climbs up the side of the hill dotted with olive trees and furrowed by lush rows of vineyards.
The panoramic road offers pleasant views of the Torreglia landscape outlined by the sinuous profile of the Euganean Hills, whose sunny slopes harmoniously integrate with the splendid architectural complex of Villa dei Vescovi, an imposing pre-Palladian noble residence richly frescoed and punctuated by airy arcades with wide round arches.
After just over a kilometer, reach the sharp bend, keep to the right to reach the capitello of the Madonna of Monte Pirio, a votive shrine crowned by a charming bell tower. Proceed along Via Pirio and, keeping to the right, follow the path shaded by cedars, pale olive trees, cypresses and maritime pines that winds between flourishing vineyards in the enchanting rural setting of Terre Bianche.
Arriving at the organic farm Plùmula Officinali, turn right onto the itinerary that goes into the dense tree and shrub vegetation of the fertile volcanic heights. Reaching Via Fornetto, continue downhill until you rejoin Via dei Vescovi.
