TULIPAN PICKING, WORKSHOPS AND DAYS OUTDOORS
Villorba (TV) – With the arrival of spring, Azienda Agricola Nonno Andrea turns into an oasis of colours, scents and immersive nature experiences. Starting from around 21 March (date to be confirmed), the much-awaited pick-your-own harvest of more than 200,000 tulips will begin, a unique experience among blooming gardens and orchards. Each week we will update the state of the bloom on our website and social media channels.
In addition to the picking, the Spring Days will offer a series of special days for the whole family. At weekends it will be possible to take part in creative workshops and outdoor games, with the evocative flight of giant kites over the tulip fields, educational farm activities for little ones and the chance to enjoy delicious dishes in our food area among the orchards.
Among the events not to be missed:
• 29-30 March: Kites in the countryside and creative workshops: on this weekend there will be the flight of giant kites over the tulip fields and workshops where children can make paper kites!
• 5-6 April: Spring games and creative workshops: a weekend full of springtime outdoor games!
• 12-13 April: Team countryside games: all weekend long, team games for children among the orchards!
In addition, spring brings a rich programme of creative workshops for adults: flower crown making, ceramics, botanical perfume and much more (info and workshop registrations at www.nonnoandrea.it).
The Spring Days at Nonno Andrea are the perfect opportunity to reconnect with nature, discover the charm of the countryside and enjoy authentic outdoor experiences.
To access the tulip fields, we ask for a minimum purchase of 3 tulips for 5 euros. All extra tulips cost 1 euro each. Children under 1 metre tall may enter directly, without purchasing tulips.
Opening hours: every day, Sundays included, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (check Nonno Andrea’s social channels and website to verify the state of the bloom)
