An ideal occasion for food lovers, the festival features spacious and comfortable marquees where you can taste delicious specialties that will make your mouth water. The rich menu includes exquisite chops, ribs, bacon and sizzling grilled sausages served with crispy french fries and slices of grilled polenta, succulent roast chickens, platters of prime cheeses and cold cuts, as well as sandwiches filled with bacon (or porchetta), cheese, eggs and grilled vegetables.
Lovers of seafood specialties can enjoy tasty fried fish, to pair with local wines and cold mugs of beer ideal for quenching the summer heat.
To the solemnity of the liturgical ceremonies in honor of San Teobaldo, a French hermit who lived in the 11th century, the celebration combines the dynamic and carefree atmosphere of an event featuring musical and vocal performances and dance evenings with ballroom orchestras. For the little ones, the program includes vast amusement parks with inflatable games and engaging play activities with handmade wooden games designed to test ingenuity, precision and coordination.

The ethnographic park
To reach the ethnographic park you can leave your car in the parking lot at Via Valli, 1. Extending over an area of almost seven hectares, the peaceful green lung is organized around a large body of water that provides habitat for various fish, amphibian and bird species that nest in the dense formations of marsh reeds growing lush along the lake shores.
One of the most photogenic spots in the area, the green lung is dotted with cypresses, towering Lombardy poplars, willows, elms, field maples, oaks, ashes and hornbeams, whose foliage offers shelter to visitors who venture into this unspoiled primordial environment enveloped by the serene rural landscape of Rubano.
Harmoniously integrated into the splendid tree reserve stand a rural house, a charming large farmhouse and a bread oven. The complex of buildings represents the hub of various initiatives suitable for people of all ages who wish to familiarize themselves with nature and the cultural roots of the area.
If you are wondering what to do in Rubano and are looking for an oasis of peace where a delicate mosaic of biodiversity reigns, the ethnographic park of Rubano certainly deserves a visit!

The parish of Bosco
Standing in the historic heart of the charming rural village, the church of Bosco is one of the oldest and most significant spiritual landmarks of the municipality.
The majestic neoclassical place of worship is distinguished by a white double-pitched façade vertically tripartite by two pairs of pilasters. In the lateral sectors of the front open two arched single-lancet windows. Above the wooden portal stands a semicircular lunette. Concluding the vertical development of the structure is the triangular pediment, surmounted by statues of two saints, in the center of which is an eight-pointed star.
The church houses an elaborate pipe organ, precious polychrome marble altars and refined pictorial works.
