Rovolon (Padua), June 5, 2024 – A unique experience on Sunday June 9 in the greenery of Parco Frassanelle: immerse yourself in nature to experience the emotion of rejuvenating gong baths or dedicate yourself to the gentle, almost magical movements of Tai Chi. For the little ones, there will be vibrational experiences to try the thrill of playing and discover how the world of vibrations affects water (at 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM).
Let’s go into detail about what you can practice. The lessons of the ancient martial art characterized by slow movements, Tai Chi, will take place in the park from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (each lesson lasts 45 minutes with a conscious offering). From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Shiatsu treatments with a free conscious offering starting from €15 per person.
The Gong Bath is a multi-sensory experience developed through a mix of nature sounds, gong vibrations, the harmony of Tibetan bowls, and the melody of metal and crystal harps. Try it in the afternoon at 5:30 PM (reservation required: Marco 335 1209548) with a conscious contribution of €10.
The Vibrational Massage is performed lying down and relaxed on a bed. The vibrations of Tibetan bowls and tuning forks – lasting about 25 minutes – will let you experience the contact of the body with the vibrating soul of these instruments (all day every 30 minutes, reservation required: Marco 335 1209548) with a conscious contribution.
And as every Sunday: a walk in the park, visits to the mysterious Caves (from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM) and the historic Villa (two shifts by reservation at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM).

Parco Frassanelle is located in Rovolon, in the heart of the Euganean Hills, in the province of Padua. It is an original estate consisting of a 120-hectare park – 60 hectares now used as a golf course – and 60 hectares open to the public. At the center of the estate stands the large villa. The Caves located under the villa have a very special feature: they are artificial and faithfully reconstruct – but safely – other inaccessible caves also present on the estate.
