Thiene, 17 April 2024 – A new event for children and families is coming to Castello di Thiene on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 April: “Il Castello delle Meraviglie, the Magical World of Alice”. The park of the majestic villa will be transformed into a large interactive route where visitors can be the protagonists of a two-day event entirely inspired by Lewis Carroll’s famous fairy tale. And in addition to the experience, there will be a show for everyone, a workshop for children together with the White Rabbit and, of course, a visit to the Castello.
For some years now, Castello di Thiene has embraced the choice to host initiatives dedicated to the little ones based on playing ‘like they used to’: running, having fun, experimenting and learning. “We believe that the Castello – explains Francesca di Thiene, co-owner – can be a vehicle for culture for adults, but also a place suitable for children, with recreational activities based on simplicity and on being together and outdoors.”
Participation is by reservation, and the interactive route will be accessible in shifts. To enter, visitors must arrive 10 minutes before their reserved time. The route is designed for children, but suitable for an audience from 0 to 100 years old. Children under 12 must always be accompanied.
