Parco Frassanelle Sunday, March 20: Nature, Games, Slime and Kamishibai
On Sunday, March 20 Parco Frassanelle in Rovolon (PD) officially reopens, offering, with the first spring blooms and nature changing colors, the chance to spend an entire day among lush meadows and centuries-old trees. Also the opportunity to visit the evocative caves and the park villa and participate in creative workshops, circus lessons, outdoor games and painting.
Activities start at 10:30 AM with stories through the original Japanese picture theater Kamishibai, where printed panels are inserted and animated, used by storytellers of all times; among the novelties of this 2022, the Slime Workshop (which the many young fans of the vloggers Me Contro Te know well), at 11:30 AM, and the Playful Parachute at 12:30 PM. The little ones, then, thanks to the association Dire Fare Fantasticare, can “get their hands dirty” having fun with the Garden Vegetable Patch Workshop at 1:30 PM, or challenge themselves by building noisy musical instruments to awaken spring with the Batimarzo Workshop, scheduled at 3 PM. In addition, throughout the day you can enjoy live painting, have fun with Geo the Juggler and use the refreshment points at the Farm to refuel with delicacies and sweets.
A large parking lot is available near the estate. Dogs are allowed on a leash both in the farm area and in the park, but not in the caves and villa: in front of the entrance to the caves there is a garden where they can stay. For outdoor activities, children must be accompanied by an adult.
