What is it about?
The Kuidaore Social Promotion Association and the Italian Federation of Amateur Theater present: Cotton Club. The most beautiful jazz venue in the lower Po Valley, a lively comedy written and directed by Davide Stefanato, with Enrico Bellotto, Elisa Marangon, Maurizio Putignano, and Rita Marchiori.
The story is set in a “smoky and smelly 70s jazz club” where the events of four interesting characters unfold and intertwine:
• The Boss, known as “il Pugliese”, the arrogant owner of the club, involved in shady business deals;
• Sharon, a beautiful young dancer (and more) tired of suffering il Pugliese’s bullying;
• Marco, a polite and slightly naive boy, madly in love with Sharon, trying to take her away from that dissolute life;
• Il Pantera, a mysterious hitman.
With Enrico Bellotto, Elisa Marangon, Maurizio Putignano and Rita Marchiori.
