Villa Montalbano Balbi Valier Paoletti
Where is Villa Montalbano Balbi Valier Paoletti?
Located at Via Morer delle Anime, 18, 31010 Mareno di Piave (TV), Villa Montalbano Balbi Valier Paoletti is a splendid 17th-century stately home harmoniously set in the lush rural landscape crossed by lush rows of vines, whose rigorous and geometric succession follows only the winding course of the Monticano framed by tall poplars.
Elevated over three levels, the main body of the noble residence features two round-arched three-light windows both on the ground floor and on the second floor, and on the piano nobile they have a white balustrade, while the lateral buildings instead have rectangular windows distributed over three floors.
Concluding the vertical development of the noble complex is the dormer with a triangular tympanum soaring at the center of the house.
Among the green crowns of tall poplars, pines and a magnolia, one finally glimpses the top of the charming battlemented bell tower of the noble family’s private church.
