Start
The recommended bike ride starts from the parking lot behind the town hall in Piazza San Biagio, 1.
Exploring the Church of San Biagio
Leave behind the entrance of the municipal building, cross the pedestrian crossings to reach the white stone-paved area of Piazza San Biagio, from which rises the austere bulk of the church of San Biagio.
The solemn structure is distinguished by a sumptuous facade with projecting sections marked by two pairs of Corinthian semi-columns supporting the architrave, the pediment bearing the inscription: “D.O.M. ET S. BLASIO EP. – MART. SACRUM” and the triangular pediment surmounted by a Latin cross that completes the vertical development of the structure.
Accessible through three massive wooden portals, the central one surmounted by an arch and framed by two columns supporting the entablature, the sumptuous place of worship is flanked by a soaring square-based bell tower in exposed brick, in which four mullioned windows open in the bell chamber.
Exploring the Regional Park of Rivers and Lakes
Head towards the John Paul II oratory passing behind the church and take Via Guglielmo Marconi until you reach the headquarters of the Regional Park of Local Interest of the Reghena, Lemene Rivers and the lakes of Cinto.
From the park headquarters, take the cycle-pedestrian path on your left that winds through the serene woodland and shrub vegetation lapped by the Caomaggiore River.
Following the cycle path to the Barabat forest

At the fork (45.84717065330667, 12.806293135559772) take the path to the right and continue in a northeasterly direction, staying at the edge of the large poplar grove on your right.
Follow the white path that leads to the exit of the forest. After crossing a small wooden bridge, cross the pedestrian crossings and continue until you immerse yourself in the vast green area of the Prati Burovich.
