THE PEOPLE OF TREVISO BEFORE THE LIVE OF TRE ALLEGRI RAGAZZI MORTI

On Thursday 17 July, the Walls of Treviso host an unmissable event for all fans of Italian alternative music. In addition to the already announced Tre Allegri Ragazzi Morti, the Treviso-based Estra are joining the evening’s line-up.
Not only a homecoming, but also a great return to the big Suoni di Marca stage, which had already hosted the band led by Giulio “Estremo” Casale in 2020. Estra prove to be in better shape than ever with a new release, Gli anni venti (2024), their first in over twenty years of silence. A clear-eyed and critical take on the contemporary world, driven by a biting bluntness yet rich in poetry expressed through Casale’s lyrics and amplified by the harsh, direct sounds of the accompaniment in full alternative style. A new chapter praised by critics and audiences alike, able to stand alongside past successes such as the albums Metamorfosi (1996) and Nordest cowboy (1999), true cult records of the genre.
