Bike ride in Pramaggiore
The recommended bike ride starts from the parking lot of the church of San Marco Evangelista on Strada Provinciale 64, 27.
The austere place of worship features a white double-pitched facade culminating with three spires topped by metal crosses.
Accessible through a wooden door marked by square panels, the church is lit thanks to the rose window that opens below the tympanum and the single-lancet windows framed by stone frames along the southeast and northwest sides, above which an ornament of intersecting blind arches stands out along the cornice.
A further element of architectural value is the bell tower in exposed brick partially incorporated into the wall at the apse area.
Bearing four double-lancet windows along the belfry, the soaring structure culminates with a conical spire resting on an octagonal drum.
Southwest direction along Piazza Libertà
Leave the church on your right and proceed southwest along Piazza Libertà for 140 meters to the roundabout, take the second exit and cycle for 1.2 km along the tree-lined cycle path on the provincial road 64.
Church of Santa Susanna
At the roundabout take the third exit and enter the regional road 53 Postumia. Cycle along the cycle path for 1.5 km, then turn right onto Via Belfiore and venture into the pleasant rural scenery of the Venetian hinterland among lush hedges and lush vineyards until you find on your left the enchanting church of Santa Susanna, a splendid brick building framed by majestic oak trees.
Distinguished by an unadorned facade accessible through a large wooden portal surmounted by a triangular tympanum, the place of worship has a simple gabled front culminating with a cross at the top of the structure.
Ethnographic museum of the Belfiore mill
Leave the sacred building on your left and walk along Via Belfiore for about sixty meters, then you will find on your right the entrance, partly hidden by thick hedges and the foliage of white poplars and acacias, of the ethnographic museum of the Belfiore mill.
Harmoniously set within the lush woodland vegetation lapped by the clear river, the museum is housed inside the milling complex dating back about four hundred years and a more recent rustic addition.
Exhibition path of the museum
What makes the ancient mill one of the most significant places in the municipality, besides the pleasant and peaceful natural environment in which the museum is set, is the historical soul of the mill itself, symbolized and kept alive by the large mill wheel driven by the waters of the Lancon.
The museum itinerary accompanies the visitor through an exhibition path aimed at illustrating the various stages of flour production: from the millennia-old activity of cereal cultivation to the fascinating mechanical processes set in motion by the watercourse to activate ancient stone millstones.
The path offers a suggestive cross-section of the daily life of our ancestors before the more modern processes of agricultural mechanization made such traditions obsolete.

At the intersection with Via Staimbeck, keep left on Via della Pietra and continue for 250 meters passing alongside the Martin Belfiore Grove, a serene green lung nestled in the heart of the municipality populated with maples, poplars, palms, willows, acacias, elms and many other tree varieties that crown dense shrub formations with their thick foliage.
