Exhibition: Bestiary of Marco Polo: The Way of Eroticism
In Venice, in addition to the many events that will characterize the carnival and the Valentine’s Day celebration, here is one of our unusual and very interesting ones. The exhibition Bestiary of Marco Polo: The Way of Eroticism by Anna Paola Cibin reinterprets the meaning of the descriptions of the animals in the “Milione” by Marco Polo. Modernity describes the human spirit intertwined with the animal one, highlighting also human fragilities and the beauty of nature. Among the materials used are Murano glass, fabrics such as sumptuous velvets, and watercolors for an exhibition that stimulates all the senses and is to be visited with a loved one, or naturally enjoyable even in a context beyond the couple.
