Tiramisù Day: the sweetest day in Treviso
Among the desserts that represent Veneto, and especially Treviso, the most renowned is undoubtedly tiramisù.
Born in Treviso between the late 1960s and early 1970s, this dessert quickly invaded the tables first of Italy, then of the whole world.
Treviso, being its capital and having given birth to this very famous dessert, has organized for Sunday, October 7, 2018, the Tiramisù Day, a day of tastings and related activities within the city walls, in anticipation of the much more important “Tiramisù World Cup”, which will take place between November 1 and 4.
