After the success of the sold-out date at New Age Club in Roncade last 11 April, Suoni di Marca 2025 is ready to host, on Wednesday 23 July, the next stop in the Treviso area for Offlaga Disco Pax, reunited for a celebratory tour of Socialismo tascabile.
It was 2005, before the boom of independent labels and even before the term “Italian indie” was coined, when Offlaga Disco Pax, a neosensibilista collective originally from Reggio Emilia, released Socialismo tascabile (prove tecniche di trasmissione), a milestone in the Italian discography. An album that best captures the trio’s unique style, with sounds halfway between punk and electronic music, between analogue and digital, supporting spoken-word lyrics with a strong social and autobiographical streak. Anecdotes and stories, sometimes surreal and sometimes grotesque, straight from the province. A reunion twenty years after their debut to celebrate the album and the memory of the late Enrico Fontanelli, who passed away prematurely in 2014 and had founded Offlaga together with Max Collini and Daniele Carretti.
